La la la..gathering

Hello there~! Surprisingly I'm still up till now… I was planning on hitting the sack a few minutes ago (Apparently, I don't). Got some things to attend to, so I just have to pull myself together and try to finish up my current business... Hee… Did I mention that our class had a social gathering last week? Um, I didn't, right? Just so you need to know, the social gathering was held on 28 June at Gym. The social gathering was attended by three classes consisting of Bel 312 students. Why am I writing this here? Well, I wanted to let you know some of the people that I found interesting throughout the social gathering.

P/S: I may not go by sequence, ok?

Firstly, I would like to introduce my classmate's; Ms. Fara's company which is the Pos Malaysia. I take it that you are curious about her company? Well, as most of us know, Pos Malaysia offers services (delivering letters and parcels etc.) as well as products (stamps for example). She was focusing on the services offered by them. I am really interested on the newly 'personalised individual stamp'. People can actually create the design of their own stamp depends on the occasion! Brilliant! Well, other than that is the online shopping facility called PostMe (I've seen the ads on TV somewhere...) where people can buy things online and get the parcel (goods) delivered by Pos Malaysia.
Secondly, another classmate of mine; Ms. Shiela had also caught my attention. She was presenting Padini Holdings Sdn. Bhd. She looked really presentable and she knew her company quite well. The company focuses on manufacturing and selling products such as clothes, shoes and even bags. As for the clothes, they have wide range of clothes that fit the adults and children as well as for men and women. I liked her attitude; full of enthusiasm while explaining about her company.

Thirdly, I got to met Ms. Zaleha from the Suria Capital Holdings BHD. Her company mainly focusing on providing port services to the ships such as fuel-refilling and damage fixing before the next destination. The company is also venturing into other businesses such as tourism and development of commercial property. Oh, and I have also found out that Sabah Port is one of their subsidiaries as in the company itself will provide related services for the ship that landed at their port. Now that’s what I called great.

Fourthly, Mr. Ezzuan from Proton Company had also caught my attention. His company produces cars and cars’ spare parts in massive production. The most common cars that we can see on the road are Proton Waja and Persona. As for the latest news, he said that they are in the process of developing new engine for the future Proton cars. Since it is still in the development stage, he cannot give out any further information. Easily said; it’s confidential.

Last but not the least; I am quite impressed with Mr. Muhaimin from Petronas Gas. He was from the Human Resources Management of the company. Their company was the one that processes crude oil into petroleum and diesel; the main fuel for vehicles. Based on what he said, they are responsible for providing oil supplies for the Petronas oil station. As for his main job, he is responsible for recruiting new workers to work at the company. If there is any problem arises among the workers, his department is in charge of dealing with the problem. (A/N: Hmm, did I get it right?)

Well then, I guess that concludes it. I’m really satisfied for joining the social gathering. It really opens up my eyes in seeing other people’s talent and hard work; about how dedicated they are to this occasion. I really need to improve myself. Or else, I might stay as I am and being left behind by other people. If that happens, I’ll never catch up with them sooner or later. Enough with my blabbering, I’ll see you next pleasant time~!

Adios, amigos!
